Our Return Policy
We want you to love what you get from Cargo. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Vintage sizing note: Vintage sizing runs differently than modern sizing. We always include measurements in our listings -- please use those rather than the tag size to determine fit before purchasing. We strongly recommend double-checking measurements before buying, including for gifts.

Store Credit We accept returns for store credit only. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase at cargothrifts.com. We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or items whose condition was accurately represented in listing photos. Cash refunds will only be issued in confirmed cases of significant misrepresentation on our part.

How to start a return Contact us at info@cargothrifts.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Tell us what's going on and we'll sort it out from there. Returns without prior approval won't be accepted.

Condition of returned items Items must be returned in the same condition you received them -- unworn, unaltered, and free of any new odours or damage. We photograph and inspect every piece before it ships, so we'll know if something's changed.

We photograph every piece thoroughly to show its condition accurately. Please review all listing photos carefully before purchasing -- zoomed shots of any notable wear are included where relevant. By completing your purchase you confirm you have reviewed the photos and accept the condition of the item as shown.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In some cases, if we made an error on our end, we'll cover it.

Final sale items Any items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing time Once we receive your return we'll inspect it and issue store credit within 3-5 business days.
