Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please see specific delivery estimates:

Canada Orders (Ontario): 2-4 business days

Canada (non-Ontario): 3-6 business days

USA: 3-7 business days

Specific time estimates depend on the city/region the package is delivering to. Feel free to contact us to find out more about specific delivery estimates. Please note these estimates are subject to change due to high volume periods (holidays) or unexpected shipping delays.

Do you ship outside of Canada & US?
We currently offer check out for Canada & US only, but if you would like to purchase from an international location, please contact us at info@cargothrifts.com and we can arrange that.

Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility to arrange and purchase. Please contact us to initiate a return and we will send you the full instructions with our return address.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been fulfilled yet. Once it has been shipped and you have received the confirmation with tracking, we cannot issue a cancellation. You must go through the return process.
